Leaving Animal Jam

My letter to AJ:

To whom this may concern,

I am a recent blogger, and I have joined in late 2015. My username is Panguin32, and I'm an eleven year old. This is regarding the chat system, how it's NOT, and let me say it again. NOT safe.

As you know, many adults play AJ too, and honestly, if you want my opinion, 16 (and up) year olds should be banned from AJ. You say you have expert moderators, but, if you want my opinion, you should go onto AJ in disguise.

My mother has banned me from playing AJ, because of one thing. Your history. If you can take a moment to read all those 2015, and 2016 reviews, you would see what they say. It's disgusting. I might never return to play again, and I don't think you will re-do the chat. If you do, however, I MIGHT return back, to play, maybe in 2019 or 2020. I'm not kidding. Alright, so WHAT should you replace in AJ?

Phantoms. They're evil. Also, the adventures don't seem to be really doing much good in AJ.

Betas. Return all the betas in AJ. If you ask me why, I can give you TWO good reasons. 1. Scamming. That's all I see on AJ. Everyday, everyday I log on, I see these giveaways. Everyday I go to at least one or two, and 98% of them are scams. 2. People think of AJ as a rarity game, which it is.

Unfortunately, I think I've seen 83% of the whole of AJ filled with almost nothing, really, nothing that is educational. I even looked up 'Top Ten Educational Games 2017/18' and AJ wasn't even on the list. I think that it doesn't have a single particle of educational things on it.

Then, I looked up scamming. Why do you even call it scamming? If you've tried to hide it, then the truth is coming out. It's not called scamming. It's called S T E A L I N G. Have you ever heard that word before? If I ever scammed, I would be considered a T H E I F. A huge-time R O B B E R. The lowest of the low. Not many have considered it at this stage, I know. But it's true!
Look at Aparri and WisteriaMoon. Have you watched their videos? Once WisteriaMoon hacked Aparri, I know, he gave the password to her. But the thing is, WisteriaMoon showed them all outright, 'I love WM'. And on of their videos, the title was, 'BOYFRIEND IN AJ?' or something like that. That's why I quit watching the famous you-tubers. At all.

Facts. Boring. How about more offline activities? I'm so addicted to it, I'm sure I almost ruined myself. I introduced my best friend into it. We got out just in time, before we saw things.

Things. Have you seen those people who say "Looking for a boy," all over AJ?? It's 100% teen/adult. And the worst thing is, there are kids as young as six, believe me, I've seen two six-year olds playing AJ. Then people ask, 'I'm 12. And you?' I've been able to say this many times (alone), but almost never to people.
Email. I was able to tell my email SEVEN times, if you want to know. I even was able to tell people my blog address. It's WAAAAAAY against the rules, I know. And I care. How many people have been prone to this? More than a million, for sure.

I know you will try to block and ban me out of AJ. I don't care! And if you do, I will post it up on my blog. This very letter is being put on it. And I'm not blackmailing you. I'm... not doing anything except give you the real truth. My opinions.

And I'm not giving away my rares in a trust giveaway. I'll treat them to my friends. I won't even do the wheel. I'll just trade them away. I think I truly am shocked by these reviews.

I'm writing this sincerely, and from my heart. I hope you will take this into deep consideration, and think of the children exposed to strangers out there.

Yours truly,
Regards,

PanguinAJ

Do you see now why I left? I hope you know what's going on in AJ. And, if I ever come back, I'll NOT blog again. Never. Ever. I think you can goodbye forever to my blog, because I'm not going to visit it again.

I'm sorry for doing this, honestly I am. But sometimes truth is harsh. There are two types of pain, one that will BREAK you, and one that will MAKE you. When you move backwards, you are being aimed towards your next goal, like an arrow.

Thank you for reading this.

Back and Worse - The Fortnightly Penguin

The Fortnightly Penguin
Edited by Panguin32

Welcome to The Fortnightly Penguin. You're probably surprised at the name, now you are asking "What happened to the Weekly Penguin, Panguin?"
So I'll be honest with you. Due to my really busy schedule etc, like, babysitting my siblings, and also I'm in middle school plus I'm 11 years old. I mean... I just turned 11. On the 22nd of September. No lie.

So I need to change the schedule a bit, so here's the solution of this problem.. (Ugh this keyboard..) anyway. The Fortnightly Penguin. To those who don't know what a fortnight is, it is a period of time, that is 2 weeks long. You've got it. I'm gonna post NEWS UPDATE every two weeks. I know that's a very long period but as well as posting news, I'll be posting other things. I have a personality, you know. And forgive me if I sound rude. I'll explain that now...
One last thing I wanted to tell you. Its October! Hurray for October! And goodbye September! See you next year! (When I'm 12).

A Fast.. Scam?

And what do I see but it's worth 1-2 Good long collars? Don't report. I don't have any proof. :D

Back and Worse

Yesterday... I got scammed. Of my orange long. No joke. I was lucky to own one. Well it was one of the most earliest scams in the book... I'll tell you what happened. I'm more angry than upset. Having the nerve to give me an item that's worth a few rims!!

Well I was at a scam giveaway. I got scammed just a bit but the person who got scammed wasn't very sad. She said the blackout was worth 20 den betas which it is not!!! Yea so she got scammed of the Blackout spike collar.. Oof my kkeyboards acting up. Anyway her username began in Aryanna ssomething. I didn't catch the last parts.. But anyway after we got scammed she came to my dennand got me to her den to trade. She did double tricks on me, trading me for the orange long 13 RIMS..

You know... So she then tried to pull the wool over my eyes by saying yes it is worth it. I wasn't cconvinced. Anyway she gave me an item supposedly worth a blue long. I accepted. Then I realised that I might have been sscammed so I buddied her.

I came online the next day, checking up the worths of Blackout Spiked collar and the item, which was Picnic Blanket. I was raging. So I went and looked in my buddy list but... SHE HAD UNBUDDIED ME!!!
I realized that this trick was probably the most common. I Could have told her, oh yea. Why don't you go get a blue long for yourself. I lost my first long I ever had because I was greedy and maybe cross with getting scammed earlier.

Let this be a lesson to you. Learn from your mistakes. I will be back later.

Animal Jam: Membership Worth or Not?

Welcome back to a new post!

Today we're talking about membership. If you look at the AJ membership page, you'll find out that 12 months (1 year) is the best valued. I think that too. But if you're paying altogether, you'll be paying: 57.95 USD. So this is a WHOLE LOT of money, but as Animal Jam has explained before, AJ is a business. It needs money to run, to update regularly, and that's exactly how their employees get paid!

What Happens when you become a Club Member

Free memberships

Animal Jam has even included a "Help Topic" post about "Can I get a Free Membership", which is a VERY hot topic, most non members hope for this. So you're probably thinking right now, "OH, PANGUINAJ HAS A FREE MEMBERSHIP FOR US". Don't hope for this. If there was a way, I'd have used it by now.

But as you all know, there TRULY ARE jammers who've got a free membership for nothing! Their types:

  1. The jammers who have been Beta Testers some years ago. They get free membership for 30 days!
  2. The jammers who sign up for a site and get free membership: This happens once in a blue moon.
  3. The jammers who jump on Mt. Shiveer, and get 30 days or 6 months membership. This is a Jamaa Legend, or myth, or rumor. Whatever.
These events happen once in a blue moon, as I mentioned in No. 2.

 Beware of Scams

Some jammers claim they give out free membership, by making you trade your best items. When you trade them, you normally get locked out of their den, which is a scam, and you never receive free membership. Other jammers ask you for your password. There's a huge amount of harm in that. They might hack you and turn all your rares over to their own account. But if you use a spare, and you get free membership, you're like, oh wow, I'll go get membership on my main.

DON'T do this. This is what your.. benefactor is waiting for. Instead, change your password imediatly, and switch your main to your spare.

In Conclusion:

In conclusion, I would like to give special emphasis to this point: Animal Jam does not give you free membership.

 Membership Worth?

You've just saved up all your pocket money. You're trying to buy membership, but at the same time you're saving up for another item that you really want. You can't decide which one you will take, and you're asking jammers to see if it's really worth it.

Your member friends say "It's not that great, but JOIN THE CROWD!"

You can't decide what you want. Turn over here!

So, this utterly depends on you. I'll explain why. First of all, the item you're saving up for. Is it precious? Is it valuable? If yes, then you should forget about Animal Jam. Get into real life. THEN comes Animal Jam.

So I'll explain.

You're a jammer who really wants membership. You don't have a wish for anything else. That means you're free to get membership! Be sure to ask your mom or dad before you purchase your membership. Paying with real money needs to be done wisely, not unwisely.

You might not get what you expected. You might be prone to a scam by scammers.

But above all you must remember that Animal Jam is virtual, and your real life comes before Animal Jam. So after reading this post, I hope you decide to take action. Please tell me your decision in the comments below.

The Weekly Penguin - Losing your mind

The Weekly Penguin
Editor: PanguinAJ

Rare Item Monday

Hey jammers! It's Monday and you know what that means!

R.I.M: The abbreviation RIM means Rare Item Monday. Yup, it's an in-game rare.

Losing Your Mind

Scammers in scams tend to be hard hearted. They do not think about what lies beyond their scams, what happens when people find out that they have been mistaken. The people who buy from the scammers often ask no questions, which they SHOULD. Every beta has a stolen-story to it.

 What is scamming?

The big question. Scamming is a type of stealing other people's rares to make them give in without protest. It often results in getting you lose your mind, which is not good. Scamming can't be done by anyone unless they know tricks and tips.

How many jammers have been scammed on Animal Jam? Another big question. Scammers tend to scam in huge numbers, ranging up to 10 to 20. Every year, more than six hundred-thousand jammers have been scammed.

Scammers often work in pairs. Not every scammer uses their main account to scam. They don't want to get banned and lose all their betas.

Reporters-on-scene report, although many jammers get upset at it, they don't lose their minds, or want to exit AJ for a short term. Sometimes they exit AJ for a number of days, and clear their heads, and face it. That's normally good, so you can have a break from computers.

The worst kind of scam is called Trust. Trust is something that you do in giveaways, to get the other person to trust you, then trade the desired object. Almost all trust giveaways are total scams, and if you ever go to one, you should not trade your best items. If you are rare, trade your worthless objects like a diamond collar spike, worth a few rims, and see if they accept. If they don't, there is 95% out of 05% scam.

Trust comes in the form of giveaways such as Spike Giveaways, Black Long Giveaway, etc.

A kind of scamming that comes under a different name is called 'Flash Trading'. Someone trades something for a necklace, and when the jammer accepts, they decline. Flash Trading has petered out now, but comes under a different name, called 'Trolling'. Trolling is basically the same thing, but most of the time it's asked for, like, "Troll me or treat me!" So the user expects a whole trolling, not treating.

Unfortunately, most jammers get trolled every year than they get treated. It is very rare you get treated, unless... the jammers are kind. So wouldn't you like to get treated? Every good turn comes back, you know. Treat others, they might treat you!

In conclusion to scamming, we summarize the facts of scamming:

  • Cruel
  • Mostly trust
  • Trolling (Flash trading)
  • Might slightly upset you
We come to an end at this point, concluding with the last bit: A list of jammers who've got scammed. If you can help these jammers out, it will be nice.

 The Daily Explorer: Down?

The Daily Explorer, the blog of Animal Jam seems to be down - temporarily. It's, however, back to normal - I noticed this last Monday. The post didn't come up, and I was like, oh it's down!
However, the mistake seems to be corrected. :)

Announcement:
Hey jammers, it's Panguin32 again! I'm no longer hiring jammers, I've finished with it! I'm glad to say I've got quite a few, and if any members want to hire me, send me a JAG (Jam-A-Gram) to my account. I'm also glad to tell you I got nerd glasses, but I paid 4 den betas for it... Can someone help me retrieve the beta? It's the 5th Birthday Cake. Thank you so much. I couldn't make this blog without the help of my buddies, Becauseaj and Liggtblueivy. And Thank you again, Becauseaj, for giving me 9 Masterpiece Tokens for nothing. I will make a gallery soon.
